With limited direction, prioritize and resolve CAD-related issues.Work with Store Design CAD clients, Store Design CAD Development team and TTS support to resolve support-related issues.Research CAD client issues that relate to CAD applications, programming and CAD tools.Work with Store Design CAD Development team to build tools that resolve user issues and assist with testing and piloting customized and enhanced CAD programs and tools.Work with CAD Development team to assist in prioritizing support-related issues and work efforts.

•Work with CAD clients to research and resolve CAD-related support issues
•Log all incoming support issues and document resolutions
•Support the CAD development process by providing user testing and pilot coordination when applicable
•Work closely with Store Design CAD clients, CAD Development team and TTS to develop ongoing process improvements and best methods to meet the changing needs of clients
•Work with TTS support groups to resolve server, network, print and other issues that affect CAD clients
•Complete special projects as assigned
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
•Five plus years in a technical support or troubleshooting role
•Strong technical skills
•Highly developed ability to utilize resources and resolve problems quickly
•Strong attention to detail and quality
