Project Coordinator :
Humera is looking for a Project Coordinator at a medical technologies company located in Mounds View! Our client is committed to innovating for life by pushing the boundaries of medical technology and changing the way the world treats chronic disease. This is a true entry level role and intended to be one that will help shape candidates interests and opportunity for future employment. This is a long term, contract assignment.
Duties:
Maintain study documentation by:
  • Entering new and updating existing adverse events into the study specific database
  • Ensuring a clear communication process with other parties involved in the safety workflow
  • Consulting with the appropriate personnel to ensure tasks are completed within the prescribed regulatory timelines
  • Maintaining all study documents and storing in a compliant location
  • Providing support for the safety specialist/team by:
    • Actively participating in study specific meetings
    • Identifying and implementing process improvements
    • Coordinating Clinical Events Committee Meetings
    • Providing metrics information, compiling information from various sources
    • Interacting well with peers, clinical team, and outside vendors on a frequent basis

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with commensurate experience
  • Organized, efficient, and process oriented
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Results- and solution- oriented
Preferred Qualifications
  • Clinical experience
  • Project management and document management experience
  • Bachelor in science or health care area preferred
  • General knowledge of industry practices, techniques and standards
  • Records management experience
  • Proficient knowledge of medical terminology
