Operations Finance Manager

Core areas of responsibility include: • Establishing standardized cost accounting processes • Utilizing, enhancing and maintaining the cost accounting functionality in the Oracle ERP systems • Supports the VP of Finance, Operations and Operations Finance Manager with cost analysis, KPI development, project implementation support, budget reviews and inventory valuation processes • Act as a company liaison with pricing and costing support needs Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar area • 4+ years experience working in a similar role in a manufacturing/production setting • 1 or more years experience in standard costing/variance analysis • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • ERP or Oracle experience • Willingness to travel to other sites as needed For complete position details, please contact Janelle or Carla at 320-763-9677.
