Gray Plant Mooty, a prominent national law firm, currently has a legal administrative assistant opportunity available.  This position is a floater position assisting attorneys throughout the downtown Minneapolis location, the hours are from 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.  The ideal candidate will have at least three years of legal administrative experience in a law firm setting and must know and understand daily priorities, should be a self-starter, have exceptional attention to detail and organization skills and proactively assist attorneys with their practices.  Litigation experience required, including electronic case filing experience, corporate, transactional experience a plus.  Candidates must possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and have exceptional technology skill.
