Director of National Sales- Bloomington, MNDoherty Career Solutions has teamed with a growing B2C Call Center to hire a Director of National Sales. This person will lead a group of inside sales representatives to achieve growth and performance goals. Looking for a true sales coach!*Direct Hire opportunityDuties:• Manage overall sales performance and attainment of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. Achieve revenue objectives through implementation and management of sales capacity and development plans.
• Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth.
• Build a team by supporting a positive, open culture that encourages and rewards cooperation and collaboration
• Help develop, teach and implement best practices and performance standards to meet business objectives and goals.
• Provide guidance for managing sales pipeline through established systems and processes.
• Maintain and expand sales capacity by coaching sales managers and sales teams.
• Establish team processes and metrics, and hold each member of the team accountable for individual and group results.
• Communicate performance within the team and within the organization with regular sales reports. Develop and lead team recognition programs.
• Champion the use and advancement of the company's CRM.Requirements:
• 7+ years of Sales Leadership in direct-to-consumer retail or e-commerce business
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
• Ability to lead change management initiatives and process improvements
• Proven ability to coach sales staff
