This is an opportunity to join Minnesota's largest locally owned and operated Staffing and Recruitment Company. Doherty Staffing has been named to Star Tribune's Top Workplace the past two years. We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative (Business Development Manager) to join our team in the St. Cloud market. This position offers a base salary plus commission, car and cell phone allowance.
In this position, you will be responsible for building relationships and growing business in the St. Cloud market. You will be connecting with area employers to learn about their business/hiring needs and assessing how Doherty Staffing can be a strategic partner. You will learn all service offerings of Doherty, and have the opportunity to partner with companies in a wide range of industries.
• Compile lists of prospective customers.
• Prospect via internet, telephone, cold calling, networking, social media and face-to-face meetings.
• Build relationships with decision makers.
• Partner with internal staff to facilitate the placement process and provide clients with a high level of customer service.
• Maintain client relationships and seek new opportunities for areas of growth.
• Identify and adapt to changing market trends.
• Build your portfolio through ongoing new business development.REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Outside sales experience is a plus!COMPENSATION:
• Base salary plus commission
