Doherty Top Talent in partnership with a family-owned utility bill outsourcing company is hiring for three Call Center Customer Service Representatives to start as soon as possible. The call center is open from 7am-7:30pm Monday-Friday and full-time and part-time schedules are available. These positions are contract to hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls quickly and efficiently
  • Respond to questions in regards to utility bill payments, billing discrepancies, and navigation of the company website
  • Update customer addresses and general information in the company database
  • Exercise strong communication and problem solving skill
  • Shows exceptional active listening with customers
  • Demonstrates reliability and punctuality

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM
  • Previous call center experience required
