Outside Sales - Business Development Representative

Doherty Staffing Solutions has been named to Star Tribune's Top Workplace the past two years, and we are looking for an Outside Sales Representative (Business Development Representative) to join our rapidly growing team in our corporate headquarters in Edina, MN. This position offers a base salary plus commission, annual bonus, car and cell phone allowance and the opportunity for advancement.
In this position, you will be responsible for building relationships and growing business in the southwest metro area of the Twin Cities. You will learn all service offerings of Doherty, and have the opportunity to partner with companies in a wide range of industries.
Outside Sales Objective:
· Compile lists of prospective customers.
· Prospect via internet, telephone, networking, social media and face to face meetings.
· Build relationships with decision makers.
· Partner with internal staff to facilitate the placement process and provide clients with a high level of customer service.
· Maintain client relationships and seek new opportunities for areas of growth.
· Identify and adapt to changing market trends.
· Build your portfolio through ongoing new business development.
Outside Sales Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing preferred
· Valid driver's license
Outside Sales Compensation:
· Base salary plus commission
· Annual bonus potential
· Car and cell phone allowance
