Doherty Top Talent is partnering with a benefits consulting company in Edina in search of an Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with regular business hours, Monday-Friday. Ideal candidates will have previous group benefits experience, but candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

· Answering sensitive questions from prospective clients

· Conducting and organizing weekly phone meetings

· Compiling benefits information and sending to companies

· Act as client liaison for documentation and correspondence

· Fielding phone calls and directing calls/messages

· Reviewing and forwarding communication to appropriate departments and employees

· Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages

· Assisting with ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies

· Assisting other department staff with various projects

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· At least 1 year working in an administrative or receptionist role

· Previous group benefits experience highly preferred

· Excellent customer service skills

· Standard computer knowledge with strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
