Administrative Assistant

Doherty Top Talent is partnering with a leader in the benefits industry located in Edina, MN. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work regular business hours for this exciting full-time, direct hire opportunity. Compensation starts at $40,000 annually.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Answering sensitive questions from prospective clients
  • Conducting and organizing weekly phone meetings
  • Compiling benefits information and sending to companies
  • Act as client liaison for documentation and correspondence
  • Fielding phone calls and directing calls/messages
  • Reviewing and forwarding communication to appropriate departments and employees
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages
  • Assisting with ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies
  • Assisting other department staff with various projects
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3+ years working in as an Executive Assistant or Account Manager
  • Previous insurance/healthcare experience required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office scores (Must be familiar with formulas in Excel)
