OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently interviewing for an Office Administrator to work at our client company located in Wadena, MN. This is a day shift position 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. Pay is $12 - $14 based on skills and experience.JOB SUMMARY
Answers inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at establishment. Office duties of the establishment may include but not limited to answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing.OFFIE ADMINISTRATOR
The Office Administrator position is responsible for:
• Provide general accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales and /or service support to store
• Service external and internal customers in a friendly and efficient manner, while communicating professionally
• Practice confidentiality inside and outside the company
• Ensure general housekeeping of facility is maintained
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management and support resources with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer serviceOFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
The following are required for the Office Administrator:
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in multi-line telephone systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Strong time management skills
