Office Assistant Days
Doherty Staffing Solutions is now hiring for a part-time Administrative Assistant to work at our client company located in Brainerd, MN. The hours for the Administrative Assistant are flexible between the hours of 8am and 5 pm Monday-Friday for a total of 20 hours per week. The pay range is $12-$13 per hour based on experience.
Provides administrative support to the Executive Director.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide administrative support
• Draft correspondence
• Schedule meetings
• Record meeting minutes
• Plan and organize special events
• Process mailings
• Order office supplies
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:
• Administrative Assistant Program Diploma or AAS/or 2 years of administrative assistant experience
• Proficiency with MS Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Good data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer service experience
• Willingness to learn new things and take on new tasks
