Customer Service Coordinator
The Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA), a not-for-profit professional association with more than 9,000 members, seeks an experienced customer service coordinator to provide timely and courteous assistance for external and internal customers.
In this role, you are responsible for responding to phone, email and in-person inquiries; processing registrations, product orders and payments; serving as host for MNCPA seminars and rentals; and providing administrative support for the continuing professional education (CPE) and membership departments.
This position requires strong communication, problem-solving and customer relationship skills.
Minimum qualifications include:
- High school diploma
- Post high school education such as college coursework (bachelor’s degree preferred), certification programs and/or continuing education programs
- Two years of customer service experience in a professional environment
