Doherty Top Talent is hiring for a Payroll/HRIS Specialist to join a real estate brokerage firm. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with regular business hours. Ideal candidates have mid-level payroll experience and an HRIS background.
· Maintain payroll system by entering information regarding exemptions, deductions, etc.
· Determine payroll liability
· Resolve payroll discrepancies
· Maintain system security and maintenance for HRIS
· Approve access for all levels of authorization
· Troubleshoot, research and resolve HRIS problems
· Recommend process improvements
· Run reports
· Other tasks as designated by supervisor
· Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
· Ability to easily communicate complex ideas both written and verbally
· Organized and detail-oriented
· 1-3 years of payroll experience
· HRIS background (Ultimate/UltiPro preferred)
· Payroll certification (FPC or CPP) preferred
