E-BILLING SPECIALIST Gray Plant Mooty, a downtown Minneapolis law firm, has an electronic billing specialist position available.  The e-billing specialist will work as the primary liaison for client’s designated e-billing software and work with clients, attorneys, and others to ensure proper set up in the e-billing software.  The specialist will collaborate with billing team to ensure timely submission of invoice and invoice resubmissions and coordinate invoice rejections and/or appeals with attorneys.  Additional responsibilities include back-up support for non – electronic billers and other general billing support.  Applicants must possess excellent attention to detail, technical skills and superior interpersonal and communication skills.  Two plus years of e-billing experience and two-year accounting degree or related accounting experience required.
