Doherty Top Talent is partnering with a marketing service business in search of an Inside Sales Representative. We are seeking someone experienced in sales support who is self-directed and motivated. The primary objective of this position is to qualify prospects, build rapport and schedule appointments for outside sales reps. If you are interested or have experience with inside sales or lead generation, this is an amazing opportunity for you. Inside Sales Tasks and Responsibilities
· Collaborate with the Sales Assistant to uncover and qualify prospects using LinkedIn and Salesforce
· Make initial contact with potential custom design clients and build strong relationships via telephone, email and in person.
· Communicate with prospects & existing dormant clients to understand their needs and promote all products and services available to them.
· Track leads through the sales process from first contact through the sale of the project.
· Track calls, appointments, sales and other behaviors to measure opportunities.
· Collaborate with the design team to develop presentations and proposals to potential clients.Inside Sales Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
· Minimum of a High School Diploma; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
· Consultative approach
· Results oriented with proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize
· Microsoft Office Suite & Salesforce familiarity a plus.This is a full-time opportunity with business hours Monday through Friday located in Saint Paul, MN.
