About This Opportunity

Our Product Security team is looking for a Lead Engineer to build our next generation vulnerability management platform.  Candidates will have experience with software development, LINUX administration, and/or security automation.  Above all, we are seeking a passion for DevOps/SecDevOps, cloud technologies, and building solutions that automate.

• Lead the build-out of our next generation vulnerability management platform.

• Develop and implement a solution for managing fast and scalable vulnerability management services that are event-driven infrastructure automation with cloud orchestration.

• Full stack ownership supporting availability and durability of vulnerability management.

• Be a leading voice and mentor on embracing SecDevOps and continuous delivery of security capabilities.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent experience

• 5-7 years total work experience

• Has in-depth knowledge of state-of-the art engineering technical approaches in design, build, testing, debugging problems as required by domain

• Maintains technical knowledge within areas of expertise

• Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years of security architecture or engineering experience

• Demonstrated strong desire to stay current on emerging technology and building upon open source projects

• Experience in assessing and deploying solutions from start-up/smaller companies at enterprise scale

• Experience working in an agile environment

• Linux administration experience with RPM/ DPKG, OpenStack, Ainsible, etc.

• Experience with DevOps products, such as Jenkins, Drone, SaltStack, StackStorm, Chef, Puppet, Docker/Kubernetes, Ainsible, etc.

• Experience with Python, Ruby, Java, Groovy and/or Go languages.

• Experience with enterprise vulnerability management products, Tenable/Nessus, Nexpose, SaltStack, NMAP, Tanium, etc.
