A local supply company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team! Qualified candidates will process orders and billings, respond to customer inquires, and build strong relationships with customers and sales representatives. Job duties would include answering incoming calls, transferring to appropriate staff, resolving issues that customers may have, providing customers with product information, entering orders, entering information into computer programs and databases, accurately maintaining file documentation, and other tasks as assigned.
