  • Lead software and infrastructure engineering efforts to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Provide thought-leadership within the team and to the broader community to promote re-use and develop consistent technical build processes.
  • Provide technical oversight to engineers working on software and hardware problem identification and resolution 
  • Assist in providing service for business and technology teams
  • Continuously review changing customer needs while managing financial goals
  • Planning the appropriate level of operations resources to prevent and restore technology failures via knowledge based recoveries
  • Driving efficiency and productivity in the technology operation center
  • Acting as the primary contact and escalation for operations
  • Performs day-to-day service operations against service level agreements
  • Ensures key business objectives are met through service delivery
  • Execute tasks according to service best practices
  • Executes services based on priorities
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years total work experience
  • Has in-depth knowledge of state-of-the art engineering technical approaches in design, build, testing, debugging problems as required by domain
  • Maintains technical knowledge within areas of expertise
  • Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education
Preferred Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5  years of technical leadership experience
  • Experience working with vendor partners and Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP)
