Outbound Account Manager:
The Holidays are right around the corner.  Humera is seeking Outbound Account Managers for our client in Burnsville, MN.  This position will work with an established client base --- There is no cold calling!  

We are looking for professional representatives to handle our premier clients, to market to them fine rare gemstones, vintage Rolex, Breitling and Cartier watches and vintage jewelry. A lot of people will be buying gifts soon, and you can help them find what they are looking for.

If you are ready to start your dynamic sales career with significant earning potential and tremendous advancement opportunities, than this is the job for you! This candidate will make outbound calls to potential customers that are warm leads from the inbound sales department. You will interface with customers via outbound calls with responsibilities of processing orders and promoting/upselling luxury jewelry, fine watches and other "luxury for less" products. This is a relationship type of sale!

This is a contract opportunity with the possibility of contract-to-hire.


Duties:
  • Generate sales for the business with the utmost integrity and professionalism
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers while providing quality support and make sales offers on every transaction and suggestive selling pitches
  • Achieve set metrics such as sales goal, number of calls, and other pertinent metrics
  • Establish rapport with customers to create trust and interest in conjunction with a one call close.
  • Able to work in an environment that is both repetitive and ever changing

Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience helpful, but not necessary.
  • Must be self-motivated and goal orientated
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with a confident and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, people intensive work environment
  • Knowledge of sales presentations, overcoming objections, and closing strategies
  • Ability to sell by using designated products, and fact sheets.
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Able to work in an environment that is both repetitive and ever changing
  • Knowledge of jewelry and watches a plus

Schedule & Perks:
  • 4 weeks of paid training
  • Monday - Friday regular business hours, flexible hours between 8am-6pm
  • Base plus commissions even when you are on contract
