In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative and recruiting tasks to support the local St. Cloud team. Duties include: - Receives incoming calls on multiline switchboard and routes them to the appropriate person or takes messages. Follows through on the delivery of all messages and correspondences when appropriate. - Provides appropriate information for telephone inquiries. - Greets, announces and directs visitors in a manner which will promote a favorable company image on the telephone and in person. - Accurately enters information into the computer system - Sources applicant resumes and screens appropriately. - Conducts qualifying interviews. - Develops candidate profiles and assists with determining fit with client expectations. - Monitors and maintains postings on job boards. - Assists with communicating talent benefits, programs, referral opportunities, and other information to candidates and talent. - Monitors and updates office and branch skill inventories and candidate flow information. -Preferred 1- 2 years of previous recruiting or employment experience -Mandatory qualifications of the Talent Specialist include a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent -Preferred qualifications include bachelor's degree; experience in customer service or client relations; the ability to work in a sales driven organization.
