Doherty Top Talent is currently partnering with an exciting, growing company located in St. Cloud, MN. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative. The schedule for this position is Mon-Fri day shift. Compensation is $12-$14/hr.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

§ Responsible for answering all new inbound calls and chats. § Qualifying the calls and chats, then right routing to the appropriate rep. § Accountable for completing the contact strategy of assigned inbound and outbound campaigns, projects and initiatives within designated service levels. § Deliver a high-quality customer experience that demonstrates situational fluency in product categories and industry verticals. § Bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the role by working with your Coach on piloting scripts, voicemails and email templates to determine the highest conversion rates. § After speaking with you, customers should want to avoid doing a Google search for promotional items because you have effectively communicated that we have a one-stop solution for all promotional product's needs. § Maintain high productivity levels and conversion rates. § Learn all product categories. Understand how they are most often used and become comfortable discussing product features. § Work with sales reps, sales team coaches and sales operations to relay an outstanding customer experience. § Attend training and meetings as required.

Customer Service Representative Requirements/Qualifications:

  • General computer skills
  • Strong website navigation skills
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong CRM experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills essential in role
  • Impressive vocal presence and professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once (multi-tasking)
  • Solid time management and personal organization
  • 1+ years of inside sales, call center and/or customer service preferred
  • Online chat experience
  • Ability to pay attention to high volume of detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and solve issues as they arise
