Customer Service - Long Term

Pro Staff is currently looking for individuals to act as a Member Service Representative for a local healthcare company in the Minneapolis area! We are looking for individuals who are committed to do the right thing, are punctual, and a team player. This is a long term temporary position with an expected hire date of of March 12th, 2017 and an anticipated end date of January 12th, 2018. This opportunity is Monday- Friday during regular business hours. The pay rate is $13-14/hr depending on experience. Job Duties: - Be aware of companies policies and procedures - Answer all incoming phone calls from members, providers, and external agencies - Research and resolve inquiries from internal/external customers - Meet service level expectations by following guidelines and standards Requirements: - One to two years call center experience - Knowledge of medical claims and or/billing processes is preferred - Proficient computer skills - Experience working with health insurance If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity please apply online or call (612)339-2220 to speak with our recruiter, Blair directly!
