  • Develop and support existing and future Kronos instances and integrations
  • Develop software and systems on test driven development and continuous integration practices
  • Work closely with other engineers and partners to ensure development / configuration meets business needs
  • Follow industry standard agile software design methodology for development and technical documentation in a Scrum environment
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of software analysis, design, configuration, development and support experience
  • 3+ years of experience configuring Kronos WorkForce Central
  • Experience in Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) development
  • 3+ years developing SQL
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Self-starter and proactive
  • Team attitude
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS
  • BS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent
  • Experience configuring two or more modules of Kronos (Forecasting, Scheduling, Timekeeping, Attendance, Analytics) in version 6.2 or higher
  • Extensive experience working in an agile environment (i.e. user stories, iterative development, etc.)
  • Experience in Java Development
  • Experience in Human Resources product space such as Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Talent, and Learning
  • Experience in a CI/CD environment and tools
  • Working experience developing and consuming RESTful services
  • Previous support / on call experience
  • Experience with development IDE: Eclipse, IntelliJ, and Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Experience with Oracle DM
