Our clients in the Eden Prairie, MN area are looking for temporary Executive Administrative Assistants to help their teams! The Executive Assistants will temporarily help with scheduling meetings, handling travel arrangements, confirming resources are available for meetings, and handling multiple projects at one given time. These are temporary positions, estimated to be scheduled for 2-3 months. at a pay rate between $22.50-$26 per hour (depending on candidate skill set and past work experience). Ideal candidates for these Executive Assistant positions will have previous administrative experience at an executive corporate level.   Requirements:  • Schedule and organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company activities • Maintain calendar appointments and meetings • Compile and coordinate travel documents and itineraries  • Assist with managing corporate accounts and expenses • Handle sensitive and confidential information • Ability to handle multiple projects at a given time while meeting deadlines Required Skills: • Minimum of 5 years experience in an Executive Administration role • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred • Knowledge in Concur, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat • Previous work in handling International Travel arrangements and preparing documents for travel(passports, work visas, etc). • Previous work with facilities management is a plus! • Expert knowledge in administrative procedures  and office equipment  If you would like to learn more about these open opportunities, please apply online, e-mail our office at chanhassen@prostaff.com, or call our office at 952-975-0106!
