Pro Staff is currently looking for a highly professional Executive Assistant to work at a company in Eden Prairie, Minnesota on a temporary basis. In this role, the Executive Assistant will provide assistance to the President of the company. Primary duties for the Executive Assistant will include scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, confirming resources are available for meetings, and handling multiple projects at one given time. The Executive Assistant will also be asked to assist with some project coordination tasks. This is a temporary position, estimated to begin March 20, 2017, 12-14 weeks long, scheduled to work Monday through Friday at a pay rate of $20-25 per hour (depending on candidate skill set and past work experience). Ideal candidates for the Executive Assistant position will have previous experience in administration and facilities management.
