Customer Service Representative

Doherty Top Talent is hiring full-time and part-time Customer Service Call Center Representatives for a legal firm located in Roseville. This is a temp-to-hire position with hours Monday-Friday 8am-4pm OR Monday-Friday 12pm-8pm OR Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm. Ideal candidates should have good phone rapport, excellent listening skills, should be empathetic, and good typing skills. Training will be provided.

Customer Service Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound calls
  • Placing outgoing calls to Social Security, Disability and Bankruptcy clients
  • Reading off a script
  • Referring clients to Attorneys
  • Scheduling clients for appointments
  • Entering information into the computer

Customer Service Call Center Representative Requirements:

  • Confident on phone
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Longevity at previous employment
  • Should be naturally empathetic with excellent active listening skills and a genuine desire to want to help those in need
