Senior Administrative Assistant:
Humera is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for our client in Bloomington. This position would be providing administrative support to the Senior VP of Engine Products & Engine Controller. This is a 3 month contract opportunity!
Duties:
  • Create expense reports
  • Arrange travel schedule
  • Manage meetings which includes scheduling conference rooms, attendees, and food when requested
  • Assist with customer visits, conference rooms, catering, welcome board and various other activities
  • Filing and organization
  • Maintain department org charts (Visio)
  • Support IT Help requests from the team
  • Allocation of inter-office correspondence
  • Daily calendaring/scheduling of meetings and events
  • Various administrative duties

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of administrative support experience
  • Must have strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Visio and WebEx a plus
  • Experience completing expense reports (Knowledge of iExpense a plus)
  • Experience with Schedule Management and Travel arrangements
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
