JOIN US AS A LEAD PRODUCT OWNERWith millions of store and online guests daily, Target is now leading the effort in tearing down the walls between the traditional brick-and-mortar and web retail businesses. Just as established e-commerce giants are beginning to ramp up their physical store presence, Target is leveraging its massive supply chain of over 1,800 stores and 38 distribution centers worldwide to deliver the best experience to its guests.But with huge amounts of both foot and web traffic comes a host of challenging problems: How do you link online and store behavior to create a cohesive view of a guest? How do you translate this heterogeneous data into actionable decisions in real-time? How can the in-store experience be enhanced by the mobile experience and vice versa?As a Senior Product Manager, you will work as part of a small nimble team to solve these types of challenges and more, all with the potential to have a very broad impact at Target. The team is mandated to fully realize the value of Target's data assets, and create new experiences for Target's guests and architect the future of digital commerce. The team recently shipped a machine learning based decisioning engine that is currently serving media content autonomously to millions of Target's guests online. As a senior product manager on this team you will envision and incubate new advertising and marketing products that leverage Target's data assets and data science capabilities. You will demonstrate value of your products to the business, drive adoption and scale successful MVPs across the enterprise. You will own and drive the strategic vision and roadmap of the product. We ship products in matter of months, provide individual autonomy yet work collaboratively, and have a strong bias for action. Our office combines the freedom and agility of a startup with the security and vast resources of a large established company. Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree; engineering/quantitative field preferred
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in ad-tech / mar-tech
  • Experience deploying/scaling technology/advertising applications at scale
  • Strong stakeholder management skills. Ease at working with senior leadership
  • Experience working in an agile environment
