Do you have experience with employee benefit plans and payroll? Pro Staff has a long term temporary HR Coordinator/Payroll position opportunity available in Alexandria! If you enjoy working with details in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to speak with you.   Main areas of responsibility include working with terms, pay rate changes, setting up hires and other projects as needed.  Requirements:  2+ years experience working with employee benefits enrollment and maintenance Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years experience in payroll preferred) General knowledge of Accounting Systems preferred Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook Experience working with payroll vendors (i.e. Ceridian, ADP, etc.) Experience working with time clock systems (i.e. Ceridian Time-Pro, Kronos, etc.) Strong understand of benefits administration activity Understanding of SOX process requirements within an HR/Payroll environment Experience working with Fusion HCM preferred Strong data entry speed and accuracy This is a temporary position, expected to last about 6 months, with the possibility of a long-term opportunity based on business needs.
