Client Experience Specialist
A direct client of ours is looking for a Client Experience Specialist for their business located in St. Paul. They are looking for candidates with great organizational, phone, and multi-tasking skills. This position pays anywhere from 32,000 - 38,000 per year based on experience and is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Primary Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day client calls, transactions and problem resolution Help troubleshoot as clients call in with problems/concerns Offer timely communication to clients in response to assistance requests Work with variety of teams to direct calls as needed Required Knowledge/Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service field EXCEPTIONAL organization Ability to multi-task and prioritize numerous tasks at once Self-directed working in a fast paced environment making decisions quickly and effectively Positive attitude with a a great work ethic Ability to independently follow-through with projects, tasks, communication, etc.
