Doherty Staffing Solutions is interviewing for an Office Assistant for our client company located in Grand Forks, ND. The Office Assistant will work from 8am-5pm Monday - Friday. The pay for this trial-for-hire position starts at $15/hr.
OFFICE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with Accounting Functions
• Greet and assist guests or customers in person or over the phone
• Communicate features and benefits of products to customers
• Answer incoming calls; taking messages as needed
• Post Received On Account (ROA) checks and process the deposit
• Post UPS and FedEX COD reports to software program
• Process credit card payments; post credit card payments to software
• Ensure accuracy of customer records
• Maintain promotional records for sales
• Communicate and coordinate Company event planning
• Utilize Lean manufacturing tools to deliver results
• Ensure 6S is maintained on a daily basis
• Perform other related and non-related duties as assigned
OFFICE ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years of customer service and tech support experience
• Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and ERP software
• HS Diploma/GED
