JOIN US AS A Sr. Specialist Contract & Catalog Ops 

Primary Function:

Provides operational and administrative support to help facilitate the contract execution processes and vendor set up allowing Target to transact with its vendor base.  Understands the systems and processes necessary to complete transactional tasks.  Works consistently and effectively within standard work processes with minimal process direction.  Identifies and appropriately escalates situations that deviate from standard work.  Participates in creating processes to manage non-standard work.  Builds technical skills in related job functions to provide redundancy, business continuity and flexibility to meet variable demand.

• Pull Contract Templates, populate meta data into contract amendment templates, electronic contract    execution, uploads contracts to SAP, provides general system education, supports vendor pre-qualification as needed, assists with Enterprise NDA requests, contract inquiries, vendor setup & miscellaneous projects                                                                                                                                

• Efficiently and effectively completes daily transactional tasks, leveraging time management skills to ensure success
• Communicates deviations from standard work to team and leader
• Participates in creating processes to complete non-standard work
• Communicates primarily within immediate team and the COE teams
• Leverages CC Ops Leads to determine prioritization of responsibilities

Reporting/Working Relationships

Reports to Director ISP COE. Key working relationships with:
• CC Ops Leads
• Law Paralegals
• Sourcing Leads
• Procurement Professionals and Leads

Minimum Requirements

  • Post High School education or equivalent work experience; 2 years' experience
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy; excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency working in systems (SAP)
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule around sourcing events

Desired Requirements

  • 4-year college degree
  • Experience in public speaking and presenting
  • Experience with CLM and/or e-Procurement systems
