Customer Service Representative

This is a Direct Hire opportunity for a Customer Service Representative located in the St. Paul area. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity! Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday- Friday. Job duties but not limited to: • Answer customer and clients calls and respond to emails. • Provide technical support to customers: web navigation, resetting of passwords, guiding customer on the website. • Keeping record of customer interactions, details of inquiries, and comments, as well as actions taken. • Communicate with management team when questions and problems arise. • Utilize computer system to investigate and resolve user issues. • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Qualifications: • Associates degree and 1-2 years customer service experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Strong communication skills. Call center or comparable experience preferred. • High technical literacy. Ability to quickly learn new applications and tools. • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information. • Must be able to complete a background check or drug screen as necessary • Able to work some evenings and weekends.
