Doherty Staffing is currently recruiting for a temporary Administrative Assistant to work for our client located in Hudson, WI. The hours are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday and the pay rate is $16-$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The person selected for this exciting opportunity will execute the ongoing administrative functions for the front office, along with supporting and managing various tasks as needed for upper management personnel.

Essential Functions:

· Provide a professional first point of contact for all incoming phone calls and visitors

· Producing daily production reports

· Manage office supply inventory

· Lead communication with temporary employment agencies to manage temporary worker flow

· Providing support for upper management as directed

Skills and Requirements:

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills

· Executive Assistant or related experience a plus

· Strong preference for Accounting education/experience or ability to deal with numbers accurately and efficiently

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task across many functions

· A high level of customer service skills

· Professional demeanor

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· The ability to work independently with a high level of detail

· High School diploma or GED

· 2-3 years of executive level administrative support

· Ability to sit at a work station for up to 8 hours
