Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently hiring a Temporary Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to work in a distribution facility in Hudson, WI. As the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you will be working 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, with the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm. In this position, you will earn $16.00-$20.00 per hour.

Summary

The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will have the opportunity to work with a company who distributes a broad range of desserts in the retail bakery industry. The person selected for this exciting opportunity will execute the ongoing administrative functions for the front office, along with supporting and managing various tasks as needed for upper management personnel. Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist is responsible for:

· Provide a professional first point of contact for all incoming phone calls and visitors

· Producing daily production reports

· Manage office supply inventory

· Lead communication with temporary employment agencies to manage temporary worker flow

· Providing support for upper management as directed

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Requirements

The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist requires the following:

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills

· Executive Assistant or related experience a plus

· Strong preference for Accounting education/experience or ability to deal with numbers accurately and efficiently

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task across many functions

· A high level of customer service skills

· Professional demeanor

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· The ability to work independently with a high level of detail

· High School diploma or GED

· 2-3 years of executive level administrative support

· Ability to sit at a work station for up to 8 hours
