Doherty Top Talent is seeking an Office Support Admin to join a manufacturing client in Minneapolis, MN. This is a long-term position with hours Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-4:30pm and Friday, 7:00am-11:00am. The Office Support Admin is the go-to person for all administrative functions and will be cross-trained in a variety of tasks. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of office experience, are driven individuals excited to learn new skills, and have exceptional attention to detail.


· Entering orders , filing and data entry

· Process payable accounts

· Process purchase orders and revision changes

· Assisting with inventory

· Answer and direct phone calls

· Provide general support to visitors

· Prepare reports

· Order office supplies as needed

· Other duties as assigned


· 1-2 years of office support experience

· Driven, continuous learner

· High attention to detail

· Proficient in MS Office Suite

· Bookkeeping experience preferred, but not required
