Working with a stellar brand, collaborating with premier marketers and publishers and providing support to several nationally renowned agencies.This position is focused on improving and enhancing the digital order management workflow via processes, tools and technology.  (A digital order refers to Target or Vendor funded campaigns that leverage display, video or social via programmatic self-serve platforms.)  They will be a decision maker and lead stakeholders in key business enhancements. This vital role will interface closely with internal support teams and Target's agencies to aggressively drive the order management roadmap forward. The ideal candidate for this role will have an understanding of the technology and process throughout a digital order, including familiarity with sales tools, the programmatic digital ecosystem, and operational functions (i.e. best practices, workflows).Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals.  As a Sr. Integration Operations Analyst, you'll take the lead as you…Responsibilities:
  • Assist in auditing and evaluating the order management system and processes at Target today
    • Includes documenting the tools and processes through order management today
    • Includes participating in necessary RFPs and/or discussions with enhancements to current tools
  • Work with agency and ad operations manager for integrating new operational tools into order management system (Operative, ASANA, Prisma, SF, etc.)
  • Communicate new process changes to all necessary stakeholders and teams, documenting changes in process workflows as necessary
    • Serve as point of contact for troubleshooting new tools and/or processes with internal and external teams
  • Provide ongoing quality assurance support for tracking all Target Guest Access (TGA) orders for financial documentation and performance reporting
    • Note: is an input to activation but does not own the activation set up process
  • Document updates and wins in Order Management Roadmap to showcase progress and successes
  • Assist Sr. Manager in automating operational health and financial performance reports, in addition to providing manually as needed on a regular basis
  • Maintain and develop highly effective relationships across internal and external partners
  • B.S. and/or B.A. (4 years)
  • 7+  years' experience in digital marketing project management preferred
  • Understanding and familiarity of tools in digital ecosystem (DSPs, DMPs, Ad servers, etc.)
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills
  • 7+ years in MS Office and Google Docs experience required, SmartSheet experience a plus
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and analytic skills
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects
  • Highly self-motivated and well-organized
  • Strong sense of urgency and demonstrates initiative 
  • High degree of professionalism and high sensitivity for confidentialityDesired Requirements
  • Experience in Target's current platforms such as SalesForce, SAP, Operative, and Prisma a plus
  • Project Management experience a plus (ISO 2000 certification, PM tools, etc.)
  • Experience working in Retail
