Customer Service Representatives

Doherty Top Talent is partnering with a client in Brooklyn Park in search for Customer Service Representatives.    It offers hours Monday-Friday with daytime hours.  Ideal candidates have previous customer service experience. 

The Customer Service Representatives are responsible for:

  • Responding to customer questions and concerns, including calls related to ordering materials, materials receipt, test administration, various online systems, return of materials, and score reports
  • Researching and resolving customer questions with issues, interacting with other team members to obtain information and escalating issues as needed
  • Updating and viewing client information in the customer databases, tools, and systems
  • Documenting and communicating to internal team any critical customer information received through phone calls and email communications
  • Learning about assigned clients, service offerings, and standard tools and processes, and applying knowledge to those learnings

The following is required for the Customer Service Representatives:

  • 1-2 years of previous call center experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous customer service experience required
  • Demonstrated problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be able to maintain proper phone etiquette and demonstrate patience
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills required
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask
