JOIN US AS A SENIOR ACCESSIBILITY CONSULTANT        Similar Industry Titles and Key Words: Web Accessibility, Accessibility Specialist, Accessibility Analyst.The Accessibility Consultant for Quality & Standards will focus on advancing, owning, driving and coordinating efforts around Website Accessibility for and Mobile.  It is a pivotal position for the management of Accessibility efforts.  This position supports the business through defining best practices, standards governance, data collection, analysis and communication.Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals.  As a Accessibility Consultant, you'll take the lead as you…•        Define accessibility best practices and standards within assigned areas of expertise. Contribute to effective, collaborative governance within the Experience Design team process as well as when partnering directly with external teams and agencies•        Develop and utilize data collection instruments for the evaluation and quality control of website accessibility for and mobile, as it complies with Target's standards including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines•        Define and articulate business requirements based on strategy, objectives and business rules related to implementing Accessibility standards for the website and Mobile experiences•        Documents analytical methodologies and processes used in the execution of Accessibility solutions related projects and initiatives•        Effectively communicate both orally and in written form. Present data in a compelling fashion appropriate for the audience•        Develop and share recommendations with cross-functional teams. Lead and facilitate small groups of 4-6 people.
