  • Supports the rollout of new programs and large cross-functional projects with communication to store teams and field leaders. 
  • Partners with team members throughout the organization to understand their strategies and improve store performance through effective communication.
  • Develops and delivers comprehensive communication plans, managing milestones along the way to completion.
  • Engages in continuous improvement of internal communication best practices based on external benchmarking and retail industry trends.
  • Tailors messages to various audiences by using a strategic or executional approach for field leaders and store team members.
  • Regularly engages with the field to gain feedback on the effectiveness of communication strategies.
  • Acts as an advocate for stores when developing communication plans to ensure that all team members receive the information they need to appropriately execute projects and tasks.
  • Supports Comm on Call functions and responds to escalated communication needs as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management expertise and organization skills                                                                            
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Experience influencing key business partners
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction
  • Ability to proactively solve opportunities without clear precedent
  • Experience establishing and maintaining cross-functional working relationships across the enterprise

Desired Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications or Public Relations
  • 4-6 years of practical communications experience
