Humera is seeking qualified candidates for an Executive Assistant position we have open in Wayzata, MN. This is a short term contract position.
Duties:
This candidate will be supporting the Global Learning and Development Lead. Managing the calendar and travel for this individual as well as one other possible leader will be a primary responsibility.
    Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Outlook calendar management
  • Meeting logistics
  • Travel & Lodging bookings
  • Preparation with meetings (print pre-reads, booking rooms, etc..)

Requirements:
    Required skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint (primarily updating existing PowerPoints, so moderate ability is acceptable).
  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Excel
  • Experience booking travel (domestic and international preferred)
    Preferred skills:
  • Experience with Account Management
  • Global experience (with calendaring and travel- working with different time zones, etc.)
  • Experience processing expenses
