The Position:

Support the sales function with accurate and timely quote generation and lead tracking.  Effectively and professionally communicate with customers, internal customers and sales network.  Support in order processing including coordinating freight, pricing orders and invoicing.  Aid the Service Manager in scheduling trips, assuring necessary paperwork and travel arrangements are completed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Customer Service.
  • Attention to detail is key.
  • Exceptional time management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Microsoft Office experience required; Sage50 Accounting helpful.

Full Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.  Health and dental benefits.  Paid time off.  Paid holidays.
