Part-time Accounting Clerk
Hunter Hamilton has an exciting contract opportunity for a Part Time Accounting Assistant in the Coon Rapids area! This person will support the Accounts Receivable and Payable teams. Some of the job duties include: Works with customers to collect on overdue accounts Obtains and mails invoice copies for customers as requested Research and process customer claims of invoice payment Answer account receivable phone inquiries and follows up Calls and/or mails correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accounts Reviews all supplier invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files.
