We are working with a small, but growing, contract medical device company in the west metro that is looking for an entry-level Engineer to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. In the beginning, this role will be heavily focused on documentation and paperwork but will transform into a rounded engineering position.  Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the quality systems of the company.  - Implement any change to the quality system manual, procedures and forms - Develop Statistical Protest Control plans for manufacturing - Manage and maintain our corrective action process - Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as necessary - Implement changes requests from customers - Manage the customer complaint process - Assist in the quotation process as required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering field (Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, etc.) - 0-3 years experience, and/or relevant internship(s) - Comfortable completing documentation and paperwork  - Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Comfortable working in a fast paced environment - Knowledge in FDA and ISO requirements is a plus - Experience or knowledge with machining is helpful - Experience in the medical device industry a plus - Experience in contract manufacturing is a plus
