Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer is the senior finance position of Cuyuna Regional Medical Center and its subsidiaries. The position reports to the CEO and provides financial input and data for the strategic policy making functions of the Board of Directors. Additionally, the CFO provides financial input and data for operational and strategic decision making activities of the CEO leadership. The CFO must be corporate and strategic while functional and technical. It is the overarching responsibility of the CFO to be certain that corporate strategies are financially viable and that the execution of strategies is not constrained by lack of funds.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited college or university with a MBA or CPA. Five to ten years of progressive financial experience in healthcare. CPA preferred.
