Customer Service Representative Doherty Top Talent is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a high growth, high-energy company that designs, markets and distributes the most popular cake decorations and bakery supplies in the bakery industry. Located in Anoka, MN, they sell and distribute products to supermarkets, retail bakeries, ice cream stores, and directly to consumers throughout North America.
Varying schedules available with Saturdays required. Compensation for this position is $13/hour ($14/hour for bilingual positions).Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: · Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening · Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types · Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage effectively · Proactive problem-solver with good follow-through · Computer experience necessary · 2+ years' experience in customer service or customer support is preferred
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
· Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner · Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics · Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives · Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise · Build sustainable relationships and engage customers · Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
