The Guest Experience Lead ensures the efficient execution of Target's e-commerce business processes to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest conversion rates while ensuring a superior guest experience.This role provides thought leadership around Target's e-commerce capabilities to drive incremental conversion, increased guest satisfaction, and lowering operating expenses.

•Lead End to End guest experience improvements ranging from pre purchase through post order and returns.

•Collaborate within and across pyramids (Supply Chain, Pricing & Promotions, Merchant and Product teams) to evolve the guest experience, drive profitability, minimize defects and resolve process issues.

•Monitor and analyze data to deliver insights & recommendations, telling a story rooted in metrics.

•Provide Project Management experience to drive initiatives from conceptualization to implementation - develop project plans, rollout schedules for key initiatives, assigning tasks, tracking progress and updating leadership.

•Drive improvement in key domain areas of Shipping:

oDrive shipping strategy and own the shipping fees for target.com across all delivery methods by working closely with merchants, Pricing & Promotions, and Red Card team to create competitive strategies

oPartner with supply chain and outbound transportation to create value added services framework, strategy and pricing structure

oPartner with supply chain on emerging delivery methods to drive shipping fee strategy

oBecome the domain expert on end to end journey work related to shipping

•Stay up to date with competitive landscape, industry and digital retail trends to drive evolution of Target.com's future guest strategy.


•Four year college degree

•5-7 years total experience with e-commerce experience/background

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other MS Applications, includingexcellent Microsoft Access, excellent Microsoft Excel skills, and Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills

•Excellent communication skills, in both large and small group presentations.Ability to make complex ideas simple to understand.

•Excellent analytical, critical thinking, & problem solving skills

•Experience working with large scale relational (Oracle/PL-SQL) and or multi-Dimensional (Essbase/Cognos/SAP) databases
