Cirrus Aircraft has an immediate opening, in Duluth, MN, for a full-time Payroll & Benefits Specialist II to assist with daily activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Processes timely and accurate payroll, including

earnings, deductions, garnishments/levies,

adjustments, etc.;

• Performs data entry, including new hire input,

employee changes, system maintenance, retro

pay and terminations;

• Maintains time entries & time clocks as needed;

• Administers group benefits, including health and

welfare, retirement and paid time off programs;

• Participates in the renewal & open enrollment process

• Assists employees with new hire and life event

enrollments and changes; approves in the HCMS;

• Administers leave of absence management to

include FMLA, personal, medical, military,

funeral and jury duty;

• Administers COBRA notifications/enrollments


• Communicates with employees, answering

questions and assisting as needed;

• Creates & updates reports as requested/required;

• Maintains accurate records and filing as needed;

• Performs special projects & other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years' payroll processing experience; benefits administration experience preferred; bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, business administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong attention to detail and organization skills; excellent customer service, keyboarding and interpersonal skills; and strict adherence to confidentiality in the workplace.
