Doherty Top Talent is currently partnering with a growing company located in St. Cloud, MN. We are seeking a Receptionist for early evening and rotating weekends. If you are eager to start your administrative career this could be the job for you. Compensation is between $11-$12/per hour to start. Receptionist Responsibilities:
• Operate multi-line phone to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
• Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
• File and maintain records.Receptionist Requirements/Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 year customer service experience
• Intermediate computer skills
