Doherty Top Talent is currently partnering with a busy, fast paced company in the medical industry located in Sartell, MN. We are seeking Administrative Assistant on day shift. Compensation starts at $16/per hour. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in patients upon arrival and check out and process paperwork when they finish with their appointment.
• Schedule future appointments in person and over the phone.
• Handle urgent calls daily with current and new patients.
• Scan and forward faxes concerning patient's previous appointments with referring doctors.
• Create, pull, and file patient's
• Ensure waiting room is welcoming and presentable. Kept refreshments filled.Administrative Assistant Requirements/Qualifications:
• Intermediate to Advanced Multi-Line Phone skills
• Superior written and verbal Communication skills
• Superior computer skills.
• Ability and desire to work long days. Clinical staff typically work 4 days a week from 9-11 hours / day.
• Ability and desire to work in busy and stressful patient care environment.
